Join Award-Winning Fitness Expert, Best-Selling Author, 12-time Ironman Finisher and 23-time Boston Marathon Finisher Jonathan Roche and a bunch of the other coaches for three Powerful and Life-Changing Days in Vermont!
The Coaches will work with you to crack the code on what has robbed you of permanent fitness and weight loss results. You will leave this experience with the tools and personal roadmap (and ongoing support) to become the high-energy and healthy person that you deserve to be!
The Retreat format is a combination of:
• A Meet & Greet Thursday evening on the beach:
• Non-Intimidating 30-minute Morning Workouts overlooking the lake each morning at 8AM:
• Presentations from the Coaches on Key Topics:
• An Optional Beach Yoga Session with Coach John overlooking the lake & mountains:
• A Hike (We split into 3 groups - below is the view from the top of the hike):
• A Friday Night Cookout and 3 Hour Concert overlooking the lake by the talented singer, songwriter and guitarist Pete Kilpatrick:
• A Saturday Night Cookout and Bonfire overlooking the lake and mountains:
• Lunch will be provided Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
When: Thursday, July 25, 2019 through Sunday, July 28, 2019. It starts with the Meet-and-Greet on Thursday evening from 6-8PM and the weekend ends at 4PM on Sunday.
Where: Westmore, Vermont on beautiful Lake Willoughby at Willoughby Haven (90 minutes from Burlington Airport and a 3 hour drive from Boston). This beautiful 4-acre private property is right on the lake with 400 feet of private beach.

Airport: Lake Willoughby is a 90-minute ride from Burlington Airport so you will need a rental car or meet up with other participants (this is what many participants have done in the past) and share a ride or car. The ride is absolutely beautiful as it is through rolling mountains.
Cancellation Policy: If a family situation comes up or you have an emergency you can defer to a future Retreat (the cut-off for this is up through 60 days prior to the start of the Retreat).

Spend the day with Jonathan on Thursday, July 25th prior to the official start of Retreat that evening (the Meet & Greet starts at 6PM).
What is the VIP Day?
It starts at 10AM and it will include a catered lunch and will end at 4PM. Our VIP group will spend the day going through Jonathan’s 12 Laws of Permanent Weight Loss (the focus and title of his next book).
This is not Jonathan doing a presentation. It's the VIP group sitting and overlooking the lake and mountains as Jonathan guides you through the Laws and more-importantly how to implement them immediately in your life.
The fee for the VIP Day is $397 and if you don’t think it was truly amazing then you can email Jonathan post-Retreat and receive a full refund.
